Glass and Glazing Worker

Opportunity Overview:

MLH Company, LLC is hiring a Glass and Glazing Worker for its in-person team in Warrington, PA. This role supports residential and commercial projects and is ideal for an experienced glazier, glass installer, window installer, or construction professional.

What You Will Do:

Install, repair, and finish glass, windows, glazing systems, frames, seals, and related components.
Read blueprints, specifications, takeoffs, and submittals to complete accurate installations.
Measure, cut, fit, seal, and weatherproof materials while maintaining safe, clean job sites and coordinating with other trades.

What You Bring:

Experience in glass installation, glazing, window installation, finish carpentry, or a related construction trade.
Ability to read blueprints, take accurate measurements, and complete precise work with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of caulking, sealing, and waterproofing practices.
Dependability, safety awareness, physical ability for field work, and professional jobsite conduct.
Clear communication skills for working with team members and clients.

Preferred Experience:

Experience as a journeyman carpenter, commercial glazier, structural steel worker, or construction installer.
Familiarity with Bluebeam, CAD drafting, construction management processes, or submittal review.
Experience with EPDM rubber, reinforced concrete interfaces, structural steel framework, or iron work.

Pay Details:

This position pays $20 to $30 per hour , based on experience, technical ability, and craftsmanship. Benefits are not currently available.
