Contract | Days | 4x10-hour shifts, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to both pediatric and adult patients across a variety of diagnoses
• Work primarily in a pediatric hospital outpatient setting, with adult inpatient coverage as needed
• Deliver patient-centered treatment plans appropriate to each patient's age, diagnosis, and functional goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across outpatient and inpatient settings
• Complete required documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Provide holiday coverage as required by the facility

Required Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Occupational Therapist license required
• Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience
• Must reside more than 25 miles from the facility to be eligible — local travelers are not accepted
• Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 9 months prior to assignment start
• Must commit to completing Minnesota Livescan fingerprinting within 48 hours of signing the contract , in person in Minnesota on the Monday prior to the scheduled start date; travelers are responsible for all associated travel expenses
• Must complete required lab work within 48 hours of contract signing; failure to comply may result in assignment cancellation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with pediatric patient populations
• Familiarity with both outpatient and inpatient therapy settings
• First-time travel therapists are welcome to apply
