Position Summary This job is responsible for reviewing residential appraisal reports completed by staff or third-party appraisers to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and valuation guidelines for lending. Key responsibilities include conducting quality reviews, requesting revisions for non-compliant reports, and mitigating risk. Job expectations include requiring appraiser license/certification, 5+ years of experience, and strong communication skills to address issues and report outcomes. Responsibilities Completes residential property valuation product quality reviews and/or analyses while maintaining individual work queue(s) to support production goals Completes enterprise and/or management cascaded compliance training Attends team calls/meetings to understand department goals, initiatives, processes and strategies Maintains appropriate state appraisal licensure and completes all required continuing education Understands, and adapts to changes to, applicable industry laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines affecting real property valuations Delivers process outputs and relevant reporting requested by management Required Skills 5+ years appraisal/appraisal review experience Sate licensed (certified or certified general) appraiser in good standing.
