Graham Personnel Services is hiring Customer Service Representatives to support customers during one of the busiest and most exciting times of the year. This is more than just answering phones-you'll be helping customers with online orders, product questions, promotions, returns, and creating a first-class shopping experience.

What You'll Do As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Assist customers with online orders and website navigation
- Answer questions regarding products, promotions, orders, shipping, and returns
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and confidence
- Research inquiries and provide accurate solutions
- Navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through phone and other communication channels
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to find the best resolution for each customer
What We're Looking For - Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly phone presence
- Comfortable using multiple computer systems, browsers, and applications simultaneously
- Ability to think on your feet and remain calm under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team-oriented mindset with a passion for helping customers
- High School Diploma or GED required
Schedule Requirements - Must live within one hour of High Point, NC
- Must be available to work between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
- Required to work one weekend day each week (Saturday or Sunday)
Holiday Availability Required - Thanksgiving Day
- Black Friday
- Christmas Eve
- New Year's Day
Pay & Benefits Pay: $16.50 per hour
