All About Therapy, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide high-quality pediatric care during after-school hours at our onsite location in Farmington, AR.
Position SummaryAs a Physical Therapist—Peds After-School Hours, you will deliver patient-centered physical therapy services for children, supporting mobility, functional independence, and developmental progress. You will work collaboratively with families and the broader care team to ensure treatment plans are meaningful, measurable, and responsive to each child’s needs.
This part-time role focuses on afternoon coverage, offering an opportunity to make a direct impact on pediatric outcomes and family confidence in a dedicated therapeutic environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide skilled physical therapy services for pediatric patients, including evaluation, treatment, and progress monitoring.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with therapy goals and clinical needs.
Educate caregivers on home activities, supportive strategies, and therapeutic best practices to reinforce progress between sessions.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation, including treatment notes and progress updates.
Communicate professionally with families and internal team members to coordinate care and ensure continuity.
Current, valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in the applicable state.
Experience working with pediatric patients or a strong clinical background in pediatric therapy (clinical or professional experience).
Ability to assess movement and functional needs and translate findings into effective treatment approaches.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with children and caregivers.
Commitment to documentation accuracy, clinical standards, and patient safety.
Experience with pediatric developmental conditions and evidence-informed pediatric treatment approaches.
Familiarity with school-age schedules and after-school session logistics.
Demonstrated ability to adapt therapy plans based on a child’s comfort, responsiveness, and changing needs.
Experience collaborating with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support functional goals.
Hourly rate: $50.00
