Customer Success Manager | Financial Institutions
New York or Los Angeles | Hybrid / Remote
$110K-$140K base | $130K-$170K OTE + equity
I’m working with a high-growth Series A fintech that’s building AI-powered infrastructure for financial institutions.
They’ve already signed 60+ banks, credit unions and fintechs and are now scaling their Customer Success function.
This is not a traditional support-focused CSM role.
You’ll own a portfolio of 15+ financial institution customers across:
→ Launch & implementation
→ Customer activation & adoption
→ Retention, renewals & NRR
→ Upsell & expansion
→ Executive stakeholder management
→ Data-driven QBRs
You’ll be responsible for making sure customers launch successfully, drive meaningful end-user adoption and continue finding more value from the platform.
The ideal candidate:
• Experience in Customer Success or Account Management within B2B technology
• Has owned retention, renewals, expansion or NRR
• Comfortable closing upsell opportunities
• Strong understanding of customer adoption / activation metrics
• Experienced running QBRs with senior stakeholders
• Ideally has experience selling into or working with banks, credit unions, fintechs or digital banking platforms
Bonus points for:
• Banktech / fintech experience
• Embedded technology experience
• Land-and-expand experience
• Previous sales or sales-adjacent experience
• Startup / scaleup experience
